Certified Workplace Coaching and Mentoring Champion (CWCMC) program is a staggered 3 months’ training program structured as follows:
Phase 1: Coaching & Mentoring Fundamentals – 3 full consecutive days of onsite training ;

Phase 2: Strategy Development – 4 Weeks of work-based assignments with personalized coaching and peer support

Phase 3: Stakeholder Engagement -1 day training(including presentation and peer review) followed by 4 Weeks of work-based assignments with personalized support from the facilitators;

Phase 4: Designing Action & Accountability – 1 day training (including presentation and peer review) followed by 4 Weeks of work-based assignment with personalized support from the facilitators

Phase 5: Strategy Launch – 1 day training (including presentation and peer review), + GRADUATON for those who successfully complete the course.

Desired pre-requisites

  • The delegates must be available during the entire 3 months training period and committed carry out all the practical assignments
